Family Protests Against Nana Agradaa Over Alleged Gold Theft and Assault
A woman and her family protested yesterday against Rev. Patricia Asiedua, also known as Nana Agradaa, accusing her of stealing family gold and committing assault.
Nana Agradaa gained popularity for allegedly defrauding people under the pretext of doubling their monies just a few months ago
The woman, identified as Sarah, explained that she received a pot of gold as a gift from her late grandmother, who advised her to find someone to pray over it.
Following her grandmother’s advice, Sarah approached Nana Agradaa for prayers. Nana Agradaa took the pot of gold and initially demanded 1,000 cedis, which Sarah paid. Later, Nana Agradaa asked for an additional 4,000 cedis, which Sarah was unable to provide.
When Sarah couldn’t meet the additional demand, she asked for the return of her gold. However, despite her efforts over the past few years, she has been unable to retrieve it. She is now appealing to Ghanaian leaders and authorities for assistance in getting her gold back from Nana Agradaa.
